The company's staffing model follows this same approach. Staffing for each engagement is defined solely based on client needs. There are no staff resources which ‘must’ be sold; instead, staff members for a given engagement are selected to provide the client with exactly the expertise needed for a given engagement. The advantages of this ‘virtual’ staffing model are clear – client needs dominate the process.
